Taco Stuffed Shells  
 
Taco Stuffed Shells   
 
Serves: 6 to 8

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 box of jumbo shells
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
3 green onions
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

In a frying pan, cook the ground beef and add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions.

Add cream cheese, cover and simmer until the cheese is melted. Blend well. Set aside and allow to fully cool.

While beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells. Drain and toss with butter.

Pour salsa in the bottom of one 9x13 baking dish or two 8x8 baking dishes.

Stuff each shell with the meat mixture. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover the top of the shells with taco sauce.

Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, uncover and sprinkle crushed chips and shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top. Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, black olives, green onions, chips, etc..
