Notes from Rabbi Dahlia Bernstein . . . Here are ways you can add to the meal: Bring all items to shul by 3 PM on Friday, May 30. Food will be stored in the small kitchen in the Muraskin Room. Food can be dropped off on Thursday 9-5 and 6-8 PM. Buy something cooked at a kosher DAIRY restaurant (Bagel Boss, Bagel Plaza...) Bring beverages, challah, baked goods, wine, cocktails (all with a kosher symbol) Purchase kosher dips (hummus, guacamole, salsa...) Purchase kosher cheese and crackers If you keep a kosher home (only eat kosher meat and fish, and don't mix milk and meat, bring in unkosher products), feel free to cook/bake something and bring it. If you don't keep a kosher home, make a cold salad (all cold uncooked kosher ingredients). Get creative and colorful! If you're not sure about a kosher symbol flip this over and check out all the symbols and their organizations. All foods must have one of these symbols. To RSVP, register online with your name, how many people are part of your group, what each person is bringing.
