Be sure not to miss Lindsey's favorite Monster Cookie recipe at the bottom of this post. ~Adina
Like many of you, we put a lot of thought into what to provide when taking a meal. We want the meal to be tasteful, nourishing and well received (plus convey our care and concern).
We give the same attention to the meals and desserts we provide through our online store. All items are carefully considered, discussed and fine-tuned to ensure you are sending the best to your loved ones.
You have three carefully selected desserts to choose from when sending a meal (at no additional cost). Our meals are a complete package for your loved one to enjoy!

Choice of delicious desserts
  1. Banana Cake - Our banana cake is a moist and flavorful crumb cake with a light lemony glaze. I love a good banana cake! Overripe bananas in our home always find a use in banana cake or banana muffins.
  2. Monster Cookies - Our hearty, ready-to-bake dough is full of wholesome goodness! Think rolled oats, natural peanut butter, raw sugar and chock full of chocolate chips. This option is sure to delight all ages!
  3. Lemon-Blueberry Cake - Our lemon-blueberry cake is bursting with natural flavors of lemon zest and blueberries. This cake was especially created for those who are gluten free, vegan and nut free. We are sensitive to those with allergies and their needs.
Our famous Ready-to-Bake Monster Cookie Dough
If you can't get enough of the cookie dough, we can help! Due to your requests, we also sell the monster cookie dough separate from the purchase of a meal. This means you can order it for yourself or to send to a friend with an encouraging note. The dough yields 36 cookies.

My favorite monster cookie recipe
If you like to bake at home, consider making this monster cookie recipe that is a favorite at our house! It is similar to the cookie dough available on our website but a slightly different recipe. Anyone love the addition of M&M's?
My husband's co-worker shared this much-loved monster cookie recipe. The cookies disappear quickly and are legendary around their office. Enjoy!
Monster Cookie Recipe
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M's
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. These cookie baking sheets are one of my kitchen must-haves that make baking easier. I discovered them thanks to Adina.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla, corn syrup, baking powder and eggs. Add old-fashioned rolled oats and combine well. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's.
  3. Use a cookie scoop (or spoon) to drop balls of dough on cookie sheet, spacing 2 to 3 inches apart.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. From experience you definitely do not want to over bake these cookies! They will firm up and cook a bit more while they cool on the cookie sheet.
  5. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
Recipe makes approximately 3 to 4 dozen.
