Notes from Jane Sorby . . . Suggested dishes. Main courses: Roast vegetables, roast chicken, lamb, beef or pork; lasagne, sausages, rissoles, chunky soups, vegetables and high protein foods, curry with rice. Spaghetti Bolognese Desserts: Cakes, fruit, biscuits, slices. Note: Rough Edges kitchen has a large commercial fridge but no freezer; does not have a fully equipped kitchen, however meals can be reheated. Please use fully sealable disposable containers suitable for microwave ONLY You can prepare a meal and leave it in the St Mark's Hall fridge before 6pm OR you can give financially and a catered food drop will be organised. |
