Notes from Kandis Kowalski . . . READ CAREFULLY... * Only people that contribute to the potluck get to enjoy the meal. * Your contribution should serve 8 to 12 or equivalent value. * Doubles or triples of the same things are good. There are over 300 people attending. * Read description by the title. * Have your food dishes and serving utensils labeled with your name and delivered to serving area on time: 5:30pm for cold items, 5:45 for hot. * Provide your own beverages, dishes, utensils * Clean up your area after eating and use the recycling and garbage bins provided. ^ If your dish contains nuts or seafood, please label stating what kind * Please take your food back to your trailer and store it safely after Saturdays meal, then bring it back for Sunday supper |
