Notes from Colonial Dance Club of Richmond . . . + TIMING: Doors open 6pm, we plan to start dinner around 6:30 pm. We will supply plates, cups, utensils, and napkins. We will dance after dinner. + SIGNING UP: If you haven't decided what to bring yet please just add yourself to the Participant Count list for now, and tell us what you are bringing closer to the date. If you are the super spontaneous type then just surprise us, but you may look at this to see what would complement the menu. + REMINDERS: Please add your email to get a reminder three days before the event. + If you change your mind about what to bring send us an email at colonialdanceclubofrichmond@gmail.com and we will update your entry. + ALLERGENS: The most allergenic foods are milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, wheat/gluten, soy, and sesame. You may want to add a label to your dish if these ingredients are 'hidden' in the food. + OUT OF TOWN GUESTS please don't feel obligated to bring a dish. |
