Memorable Meals FEBRUARY 17, 2014 / ADINA BAILEY / Don't you love it when you have a recipe that you've used for YEARS and you still look forward to making it and eating it? For me, one of those recipes is Taco Soup. I can hardly believe it wasn't that long ago when it was more common to find recipes in the newspaper than to search for them online. I found this one when I was newly married and I've made it again and again. Over 15 years later, it is still a favorite meal for our family. It's tasty, healthy, flexible, perfect for the winter, makes a lot, and freezes well. Taco Soup
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Return to pot and add rest of ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips. Do you have a memorable recipe? If so, please share it. I would love to give it a try. Read other recent articles by Adina Bailey:
