Thoughtful Extras to Include with your Meal
Sometimes you want to take more than a meal to show how much you care. Here are some ideas for thoughtful extras* you can give to encourage your loved ones. I will often pick up these things when I see them on sale so I have them on hand as needs arise.

Thoughtful Extras to Include with your Meal

Thoughtful Extras for a New Mom:
Diapers and wipes

If the family has older children who need to be occupied during frequent feedings:
  • Sidewalk chalk
  • A small puzzle
  • Playdoh
  • Coloring books and crayons
  • Books
Nursing Time Box. This can include gently used toys and books (and don't miss the sweet poem!)
